So, after pondering here are the questions currently the economy is asking and finding suitable answer will be the key for emerging out as winners!

1) how to become a remote worker
2) how to maintain productivity
3) how to build up trust
4) how to transform leadership in remote working conditions
5) what platform should be adapted and invented for easy working
6) what new policies and rules are required to regulate business in current crisis
7) how to expand and re-architect the current infrastructure to make the ecosystem ready for any conditions.
8) rental meeting space facilitation in every area, is a possibility, so corporate teams can work from home but come together face to face you decide on a needed situation

The current pandemic is even more reason to pay attention to do your mental health and wellness
So for that, I will just mention some point that can help you cope with stress and depression

  1. Keep your routine as normal as you can. Go to bed at a regular time and getup as you would normally do so
  2. Dress for the life you want not for the life you are currently having. Dress for success, how we dress impacts our mood.
  3. Shower, wash your face, practice oral hygiene as these small things matter and also helps in providing a framework and base
  4. Keep a daily schedule for yourself and include time for self-care
  5. Take breaks, Get some fresh air and sunshine. As it helps to keep you motivated and helps the mood and helps in stabilizing stress and mental health
